Let The Good Times Roll
I've been trying to make some improvements in my life lately, and have been making more of an errort to stop and enjoy. Something I don't seem to do enough of. It's amazing what you can see when you stop for a minute.
I had no idea how many beautiful landscapes exisited in our area, and wandering around them has been a treat.
Listenting to my mother and her siblings remember high shcool days when the old 45's come out. Music is a powerful thing, and is something I would never be able to live without.
I must say also that it's finally back to weather were socks are not a requirement. I want to live in a world where I don't have to ever wear socks or fold them, for that matter, ever again...

Fancy Pants
I'm not usually one to get excited about pants. I mean I love a good pair of jeans don't get me wrong, but that's about as exciting as it gets for me.... This season however. pants are a featured item in my closet. I've been finding some great coloured jeans at the thrift store, and have recently added a pair of Palazzo pants to the mix. Yes, Palazzo pants. Maybe a little 90's revival or 60's reviaval from the 90's 30's revival from the 60's wait-- does that make sense? But you get what I mean... Fashion is cyclical. all that aside, what can I say I love a breezy pant.
Upon further inspection Palazzo pants have really made a comeback and in a bunch of different styles, colours and patterns. Here are some of my favourite ways to wear them.

Are you convinced yet? What do you think of Palazzo pants? Is this a trend you'll try or just watch from afar? I'd love to know!

A Little Pick Me Up
These two little paintings caught my eye and followed me home. I wish every picture looked like a beautiful sunset....

...Something Vintage
No matter what your style is, I am pretty convinced that vintage pieces can be incorporated in any outfit for any occasion. That said, why not add a touch of vintage on your big day! Afterall, there's nothing more one of a kind and special that a vintage garment or accessory.
Here are three Vintage Ramble wedding dresses to inspire. Each dress is totaly different in style and era, but they all have one thing in common... elegance and beauty!

This dress is a simple maxi gown in white with darling daisy details along the empire wasit and neckline. A throwback to the 70's hippie look. Perfect for that casual bride. Size M. $78
This dress is truely special. My estimation is that is from the 40's or 50's with detachable bustle and beautiful covered buttons going up the back, and topped off with a bow. Size S $400
Add this ivory satin clutch with matching pearl beads for the ultimate vintage ensemble! $ 45
Finally, a personal favourite, this dress is ethereal and feminine and would make any gal feel special. You may remember seeing this in last summer's look book... Size S. $150

Coming Soon To The Shop
Just a sample of some of the new items going up in the shop next week.
It's been a slow month for blogging and Etsy sales, but I'm pulling up my boot straps and forging ahead. These amazing vintage pieces are keeping me inspired, and I hope they do the same to you!

Perspective
Life lately has been exploring new places with old friends, dressing in stripes everyday (it seems), finding new places in the house for cherished collections, and enjoying the spring thaw.
